The PuroSPIN™ NanoElute™ Total RNA Purification Kit is designed to purify total RNA from bacteria, mammalian cells, yeast, or soft animal tissue. This kit can also be used to perform a RNA cleanup following enzymatic reactions. Our kit uses highly efficient DNase and optimized buffer formulations to ensure efficient removal of contaminating genomic DNA from samples.
In comparison to our standard PuroSPIN™ Total RNA Purification Kit, the NanoElute version of the kit is supplemented with o silica spin columns instead of mini silica columns. o columns provide the highest possible concentration of purified RNA as the elution volume needed is as little as 6 μL.
The PuroSPIN™ NanoElute™ Total RNA Purification Kit is particulary superior to the standard kit when the amount of the starting material is very little as the addition of Carrier RNA to the purification procedure allows the successful extraction and processing of such samples.
