The PuroSPIN™ NanoElute™ PCR Product Purification kit is designed to provide a simple and easy-to-use method for purification of PCR DNA products (100 bp – 10 kb) from enzymatic reactions.

In comparison to our standard PuroSPIN™ PCR Product Purification Kit, the NanoElute version of the kit is supplemented with o silica spin columns instead of mini silica columns. o columns provide the highest possible concentration of purified DNA fragments as the elution volume needed is as little as 6 μL. This generally important when the amount of purifying PCR DNA product is very little.
