The PuroSPIN™ DNA/RNA Purification Kit is designed for simultaneous purification of total DNA and RNA from cultured cells or animal tissue. It greatly simplifies the extraction process by incorporating a convenient and easy-to-use extraction technology based on nucleic acid binding silica spin-columns. Up to 30 mg of animal tissues or 1 x 10^7 eukaryotic cells can be used per experiment with extraction procedure being less than 40 minutes.
