The PuroSPIN™ DNA/RNA/Protein Purification Kit is designed for simultaneous purification of DNA, RNA and Proteins from cultured cells or animal tissue. It greatly simplifies the extraction process by incorporating a convenient and easy-to-use extraction technology based on nucleic acid binding silica spin-columns. Up to 30 mg of animal tissues or 1 x 107 eukaryotic cells can be used per experiment with extraction procedure being less than 1 hour.
