PuroMIX FAST Pfus 2X PCR Master Mix
PuroMIX FAST Pfus PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use 2X PCR premix containing modified Pfu DNA polymerase, dNTPs, and an optimized reaction buffer. It is designed for routine PCR, colony PCR, and amplification of complex or high-GC-content templates.
PCR can be performed by simply adding the DNA template, primers, and nuclease-free water to achieve a final 1X working concentration. The mix offers strong amplification performance, with rapid extension rates of 5–15 s/kb, high fidelity, and excellent specificity. The resulting PCR products are blunt-ended, suitable for direct cloning into flat-end vectors.
For added convenience, the mix includes loading dye, allowing immediate application of PCR products to agarose gel electrophoresis.
Storage
Store at -20 °C. Valid for 12 months. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing
