PuroMIX Fast High Fidelity 2X PCR Master Mix
PuroMIX Fast High Fidelity 2X PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use premix formulated with a modified ultra-high-fidelity DNA polymerase, dNTPs, and an optimized reaction buffer at 2X concentration. PCR amplification requires only the addition of DNA template, primers, and nuclease-free water to achieve a final 1X working concentration. This mix offers robust amplification performance with rapid extension rates of 5–15 s/kb and exceptional fidelity approximately 50x higher than Taq DNA Polymerase and 6x higher than Pfu DNA Polymerase. The resulting PCR products are blunt-ended, suitable for direct cloning into flat-end vectors.
For added convenience, the mix includes loading dye, allowing immediate application of PCR products to agarose gel electrophoresis. PuroMIX is ideal for conventional PCR, colony PCR, and amplification of complex or high-GC-content templates.
