PuroMIX 2X Fast Taq PCR Master Mix
PuroMIX 2X Fast Taq PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use PCRpremix containing modified Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs,and an optimized reaction buffer at 2X concentration. It is ideal for routine PCR applications, including simple template amplification and colony (liquid) PCR.
PCR can be performed by simply adding the template,primers, and nuclease-free water to achieve a final 1X working concentration. The mix offers strong amplification performance with rapid extension rates of 5–15 s/kb. Amplified products feature a 3′-terminal adenine overhang, making them suitable for T/A cloning. Additionally, the formulation includes loading dye for direct sample application onto agarose gels.

Store at -20 °C, valid for 12 months. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing
