miRNA First-Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit with RNase Inhibitor (Tailing Reaction)

The miRNA First-Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit (Tailing Reaction) provides all the necessary reagents for efficient synthesis of first-strand cDNA from miRNA. Using total RNA or purified miRNA as the template, the kit performs poly(A) tailing and reverse transcription simultaneously, enabling the rapid and efficient generation of diverse miRNA cDNAs.

The kit also includes a U6 Forward Primer and a Universal Reverse Primer for downstream amplification, suitable for human, rat, and mouse samples. The resulting single-stranded cDNA can be directly used for PCR or qPCR, requiring only the design of a miRNA-specific forward primer for subsequent amplification.

Kit includes RNase Inhibitor to ensure the integrity of RNA during the reaction.
