• Dilution Ratio: For standard media preparation, add 100 μL of the stock solution per 100 mL of culture medium.

• Thermal Sensitivity: Ampicillin is heat-labile. When preparing selective agar plates, ensure the autoclaved medium has cooled to approximately 50–55°C (warm to the touch) before adding the antibiotic to prevent thermal degradation.
