1kb DNA Ladder, Ready to Use
The 1 kb DNA Ladder consists of 12 purified individual DNA fragments (300 bp to 10,000 bp), designed for sizing and approximate quantification of wide range of DNA in agarose gels.
The 1 kb DNA Ladder is ready to use. It comes premixed with the DNA loading buffer and dye for direct loading on the gel.
The product also comes with an extra 1 ml DNA loading buffer (Red Dye) for loading DNA sample on the gel.
